Article 1 : scope of application The following terms of sale regulate sales, by Numéro Presse, products and/or services offered on the site of Numéro and available on the address : http://shop.numero.com.
The general terms of sale apply to all the sales of products realized via the service between the seller and the buyer. Their purpose is to regulate relations between the sellers and the buyers of the products, except for those established between the buyers and Numéro Presse or between the Sellers and Numéro Presse. The general terms of sale may undergo modifications, web surfers are therefore invited to consulting them frequently.
Article 2 : Identity of the supplier The products and/or the services available on the site are supplied by Numéro Presse stock companies.

Article 3 : Prices of the products and/or services available on the site
Prices of products and/or services offered on the site are indicated in euros on the product sheet of every product and/or service. All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros. The prices indicated include the total cost (including taxes), but exclude delivery costs, those shall be given during validation of shopping cart. Prices are valid as long as they appear on the website. Numéro reserves the right to modify its prices at any given time, but products and/or services are charged according to tariffs entered into force when registration of the order has been made. In the case of order made from another country but France, the client is the importer of the product/products and/or ordered services.
Article 4 : Characteristics of the products and/or services available on the site
The essential characteristics of the products and/or services available on the site are indicated on the product sheet of each good and/or service. The photographs presenting the product are non-contractual, if you require specific information about dimensions, weight or material of a product and if they are not mentioned on a given product sheet, you may send us an email : contact@numero-magazine.com
Article 5 : Order placement While you are ordering : 1. If you already have a Numéro account (shop or subscription), you can connect yourself with your login details once your shopping bag has been confirmed. Delivery address may be modified before payment. 2. If you are a new client of Numéro.com you will be able to create an account in order to give necessary details that will enable efficient delivery and good order tracking. For future purchases, you will no longer have to put in this information, simply activate your client account using your email address and your password. 3. You can modify at any given time the information of your account. However, the address used when delivery is made will be the one used for shipment. Article 6 : Payment and payment security Payment of your order can be made by : - credit card : CB, Visa, MasterCard or E credit card - Paypal If customs duty, local taxes or import duty are applicable, these duties are borne by the buyer and are his full responsibility, both in terms of declarations and in terms of payments to the authorities and/competent organizations. Under no circumstances does Numéro Presse have access to the confidential information related to means of payment used by the client during payment. This explains why we ask the client to put in their bank details for every new order.
Article 7 : delivery Orders are verified and processed on average twice a week. The magazines (Numéro, Numéro HOMME and Numéro Art) on paper copy are sent by post. Delivery takes action on average four days after collection of the parcel by La Poste in France and between 4 and 10 days abroad.
Digital versions of the magazines are accessible immediately after purchase has been made on the various media available. Once your order completed, the chosen type of product (magazines, books or photos) will be mentioned in order to enable the best delivery process possible.
Delivery of your order therefore intervenes between 0 and 15 days after payment has been made. If this delay is not respected, the client may contact Numéro in order to discuss eventual possible compensations. If you wish to get your delivery on a specific day, please contact us by email : contact@numero-magazine.com, we will do our best to meet your request.
Article 8 : Customer Service Our customer service is at your disposal for any inquiry or question. In order to provide you with the clearest answer possible, please indicate your name, postal address, email, telephone number and eventual ordering information and subscriber number during your order.

Article 9 : Withdrawal period, defective or non-compliant products The client is given a withdrawal period of 14 clear days starting with date of receipt of the product to return any article that would not please the client under the following requirements : - Product not received : the Product has not been received by the Buyer. - Product non-compliant: the Product received does not correspond with the Product ordered. – Product damaged : the Product received is damaged or broken.
To give rise to a refund, the returned products must be found in perfect state of resale and complete, including original packaging.
Only the price of the product or products bought will be refunded, eventual paid delivery fees in addition cannot be refunded. Return costs of the product or products are at the expense of the client. Supplies of newspapers, periodicals or magazines do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.

In case of any defective or non-compliant product when ordered, the client may return them within 14 days starting with date of reception of the product, to the following address indicated above, with indication on the copy of the delivery note the damages or possible points of non-conformity. In that case, we will try our best to proceed with new shipping, as a substitution, or we will proceed with the refund of your purchase. Subject to verification of the validity of the complaint, return costs and re-shipping costs will be supported by Numéro.
The refunds realized following the hypothesizes previously mentioned above will be made in a maximum period of 30 days after reception of the products by our care, on condition of additional delay imposed to us by the supplier or by the manufacturer of the product in case of complaint of non-conformity or defect of the product. Upon receiving the merchandise, we will submit to you a credit or the refund of the total amount of the product.
Article 10 : Unavailability In case of unavailability of the product after transfer of the order, the client will be informed by email or by telephone of the delivery of a partial order or cancellation of the order. If the debit has already gone through when the information given about the unavailability of the product was received, a request of refund of the initial total amount will be done : an email is then to be sent to the client in this regard. Following this request, the speed with which the bank account is credited depends on the type of credit card used by the client : in the case of an immediate debit card, the account is credited under 3 to 8 days depending on the bank; in the case of a deferred debit card, the credit appears under the same conditions than the ones applied to the usual debits on the account of the card, not on the current account. If this refund takes longer, we advise our client to contact their bank.
Article 11 : Copyright Laws All the texts, images, sounds and illustrations included on the site are the exclusive property of Numéro Presse. In conformity with provisions of article L. 122-5 paragraph 2 of the Intellectual Property Code, only copies or replicas strictly reserved to personal use of the copyist are allowed and are in no means meant for collective use.
Article 12 : Responsibility The products suggested are compliant with the French legislation put into force and with the applicable standards in France. The responsibility of Numéro Presse cannot be engaged in the case of non-respect of the legislation of the country in which the product has been delivered (for example in the case of prohibition of a product). It is up to you to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importing or of using products or services you may wish to order. In case of obvious mistake between the characteristics of the product and its representation and/or the sales conditions, the responsibility of Numéro Presse cannot be engaged. Article 13 : Protection of personal data This site declares its file to the CNIL every year (no NS-048). The information you enter will be registered by Numéro Presse and transmitted to the different concerned services. They may be used by Numéro Presse in view of commercial soliciting. If you do not wish that, please let us know by writing to the address below. You have a right of access, of modification, of rectification and of suppression regarding data collected on this site, under the predicted conditions by the law n 78-17 from the 6th January 1978 concerning computing, files and rights of freedom.
